Clonlara Fishery is exclusively stocked with brown trout. The fish range from 1lb right up to specimens of 12lb. That netbursting 12 pounder is just waiting to be caught!

The fishing is offered as spinning with barbless hooks, fly fishing or worm fishing. The Fishery is divided up into three seperate beats allowing anglers to experiment with all three methods.

Fly fishermen have the full use of the Fishery, while worm and spinning fishermen may use Beats 1 and 3 only.

Prime specimens

Clonlara Fishery can offer expert tuition for fly casting and fly tying. Whether you are a novice or an expert - all are welcome. All you need is a bit of luck to land that 12 pounder!
